Attorney Monique Green of New Orleans, LA; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Monique Nicole Green with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Monique guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Improperly communicated with a person he knew to be represented by counsel
• Failed to obtain represented person’s counsel prior to communicating with said person

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Monique by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of her law license.  

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Monique.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Monique practices her so-called brand of law at 10555 Lake Forest Blvd in New Orleans, Louisiana.
