Attorney David Finley of Las Vegas, NV; ethical dwarf

The state of Arkansas provided David Bryce Finley with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Violated a diversion and mentoring agreement he entered pursuant to Nevada Rule SCR 105.5
• The agreement was terminated under the plea and alternate sanctions were imposed

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Davey practices his so-called brand of law at 600 South Tonopah Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada.
