Attorney James Egan of Seattle; lying loser

The State of Washington presented James Egan with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Washington School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Failed to respect the rights of a third person
• Asserted frivolous issues in the motions, requests, notices, remarks, and other papers that he filed, delivered, or attempted to deliver to a judge
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Used means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden multiple judges
• Made statements that he knew to be false or with reckless disregard as to truth or falsity concerning the qualifications, integrity, or record of a judge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license. 

And lastly, as one would suspect, Jimmy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.eganattorney.com.  Apparently, Jimmy decided to conceal this relevant information from his prospective clients so that it would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Jimmy practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of James Egan LLC at 600 1^st Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
