Attorney A.J. Blake of Panama City, FL; ethical troll

The State of Florida provided A.J. Blake with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found AJ guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
  • She failed inform the criminal or civil court of her suspension and withdraw from said cases
  • Engaged in bad faith obstruction of disciplinary proceeding (Screw you, said AJ!)
  • Failed to appear at case management conference or final sanction hearing
  • AJ tried to conceal that he law license was suspended
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Failed to maintain personal integrity
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished AJ by gifting her with a complimentary 91-day suspension of her law license and was assessed investigative costs of $1,772.40.

As we speak, (ca. March 2023), AJ practices her so-called brand of law at 136 Lakeridge Drive in Panama City, Florida.
