Attorney Russell Anderson Jr. of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Russell Frank Anderson Jr. with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Russ guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to promptly deliver client funds
• Failed to comply with recordkeeping provisions
• Negligently misappropriated (stole) client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Russ and his firm fail to disclose the misconduct aforementioned on their self-serving website at www.bertonepiccini.com.  Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure they wouldn’t limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Russ practices his so-called brand of law with Bertone Piccini LLP at 777 Terrace Avenue in Hasbrouck, New Jersey.
