Attorney Robert Bartlett of Riverside, CA; cheating loser

The state of California presented Robert Arthur Bartlett with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Idaho School of law.

The State Bar Court found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain client funds in client trust account
• Effectively misappropriated (stole) more than $23,000 in client funds (cheater)
• Committed multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Harmed a client by depriving him of funds to which he was entitled

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 90- day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Chad practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Robert A. Bartlett at 9825 Magnolia Avenue in Riverside, California.
