Attorney Robert Beltrani of Jackson Heights, NY;  convicted pugilist 

The state of New York presented Robert V. Beltrani with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while Bobby was serving as an administrative law judge for the Department of Corrections.

• Became intoxicated at a social event
• Punched a person attending the social event
• Pled guilty to second degree harassment

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Bobby practices his so-called brand of law in Jackson Heights, New York.
