Attorney Charles Duke of Nashville, TN; moron, repeater

The state of Tennessee presented Charles Martin Duke with a law license in 2044 after he graduated from the Nashville School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Charlie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Charlie’s 1st bite at the Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Pursued claims and made contentions that lacked any merit
  • Failed to act with candor towards a tribunal (Up yours, said Charlie!)
  • Failed to act fairly to opposing counsel and others
  • Was untruthful in statements to various people

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 1- year suspension of his law license.

Charlie’s 2nd bite at the Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to take proper action to facilitate transfer funds from sale of real estate to the Clerk of Court in a probate matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Charlie practices his so-called brand of law at 1222 16th Avenue South in Nashville, Tennessee.
