Attorney Tami Beach of Eugene, OR; tax cheat

The State of Oregon presented Tami S.P. Beach with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the Northwestern Lewis & Clark School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Tami guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to file income tax returns for tax years 1998 and 1999
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Committed a criminal offense

In addition to the above misconduct, Tami previously received a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Tami by gifting her with a complimentary 4-month suspension of her law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Tami fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.estateplanninggeugene.com. Apparently, Tami decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that she would not limit her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Tami practices her brand of law at 1194 Olive Street in Eugene, Oregon.
