Attorney Patrick Gaffney of Washington DC; slacker, loser

The District of Columbia Bar presented Patrick Terrence Gaffney with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

The DC Bar Counsel found Patty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to represent client zealously
• Failed to comply with legally proper discovery request from opposing party
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Patty practices his so-called brand of law at 409 7th Street NW in Washington D.C.
