Attorney Brian Witzer of Los Angeles, CA; scammer, repeat offender

The state of California presented Brian David Witzer with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Temple University School of law.

The State Bar Court found Brain guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Knowingly and intentionally made a false and misleading statement
  • Failed to withdraw representation when required to so act
  • Brian knew that Joan Brierton-Johnson was dead at the time he made these statements and knew his
  • statements to Linde were false and misleading
  • By failing to correct his false and misleading statements, and continuing to represent Sabrina Johnson and Ken Johnson after the December 6, 2016, deposition through January 9, 2017, Brian knew or should have known that continued employment during this time would result in a violation of the State Bar Act

As one would suspect, this is not Brian’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2022), Brain practices his so-called brand of law at 2393 Venus Drive in Los Angeles, California.
