Attorney David Band Jr. of New Orleans, LA; ethical troll

The state of Louisiana presented David Band Jr.with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Misconduct involved dishonesty or selfish motive
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Submitted false information to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Davey!)
• On several occasions Davey directly communicated with Ms. Bowers, who was in litigation against his client, while he knew that she was represented by another lawyer
• Sent email to Ms. Bowers suggesting she wear something law cut when they met in the future

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. September 2022), Davey practices his so-called brand of law at 422 South Broad Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
