Attorney Steven Loizzi Jr. of Las Vegas; cheating slacker

The state of Nevada presented Steven T. Loizzi Jr. with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Benny!)
• Failed to send demand letter despite repeated client requests
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Misconduct involved dishonest or selfish motive
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Stevie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.lizadalaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that he would not limit her future victim pool.

Because Attorney Misfits in Nevada are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Stevie was never criminally prosecuted for forgery.
