Judge Daniel Bryant of Alamogordo, NM; ethical dwarf

The state of New Mexico presented Daniel A. Bryant with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law.

FYI: Former Gov. Susana Martinez was duped into appointing Danny as a District Court Judge for Lincoln and Otero Counties in June 2015. Danny didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the Lincoln/Otero County areas. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

The 2022 retention evaluation conducted by the New Mexico Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission as to the qualifications for the retention of Judge Bryant to remain as a Bernalillo County 2^nd Judicial District Criminal Court judge.
