Attorney Francisco Aldana of San Diego; idiotic scammer

The state of California presented Francisco Javier Aldana with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law located in San Diego.

The State Bar Court found Stan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Filed misleading bankruptcy petitions

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Francisco.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Francisco fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at https://law-offices-of-francisco-j-aldana.business.site/. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective client for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Stan practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Robert S. Gitmeid PC at 4424 Bellingham Avenue in Studio City, California.
