Attorney Dazmi Castrejon of Omaha, NE; scamming loser

The state of Nebraska presented Dazmi H. Castrejon with a law license in 2011 after she graduated from Creighton University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Dazmi guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Dazmi!)
• Failed to provide adequate accounting for fees to her client
• Used her attorney trust account to shield money from the IRS’s levy attempts
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Dazmi by gifting her with a complimentary 30-month suspension of her law license.
