Attorney Jorge Angulo of Pinellas Park, FL; ethical goblin

The state of Florida provided presented Jorge Henrique Angulo with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Jorge guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jorge instructed his client in a criminal matter to lie to the court during the client’s sentencing hearing about Jorge’s guarantee to the client that he would receive a downward departure in sentencing.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jorge by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Jorge practices his so-called brand of law at 5223 Park Blvd in Pinellas Park, Florida.
