Attorney Kevin Schumaker of Atlanta, GA; slacker, loser

The state of Georgia presented Kevin Schumaker with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Washburn University School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a taxpayer-funded public defender.

• Failed to communicate with his clients
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to timely cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kevin!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Kevin practices his so-called brand of law with Bader Scott Injury Lawyers at 3384 Peachtree Road NE in Atlanta, Georgia.
