Attorney Ike Hudson of Newnan, GA; slacker, loser

The state of Georgia presented Ike A. Hudson with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the Atlanta School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Ike guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with his clients
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to do any substantive work on behalf of two clients
  • Failed to complete work he promised to perform on behalf of two clients
  • Failed to adequately communicate with a client
  • Both of his clients suffered some form of harm due to Ike’s misconduct
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Ike!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Ike practices his so-called brand of law at 881 Wagers Mill Road in Newnan, Georgia.
