The state of Nevada presented Thomas C. Michaelides with a law license in 199 4 after she graduated from the University of Akron School of Law.

FYI: The University of Akron is ranked as the 147th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Hera guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act fairly in dealings with opposing party/counsel
• Failed to act with candor towards a tribunal
• Untruthful in statements to others
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Improper communication with person represented by counsel
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Authored and filed a falsified judgment
• Conduct involved dishonest or selfish motive
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

And lastly, as one would suspect, Tommy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at hewww.tcmlawgroup.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
