Attorney Noah Fiddler of Honolulu, HI; serial tax cheat and felon

The state of Hawaii provided Noah D. Fiddler with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Southwestern University School of Law.

FYI: Southwestern is ranked as the 167th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Noah’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Noah guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Committed five felony counts of willfully failing to collect and pay over a tax
• Committed and twelve misdemeanor counts of willfully failing to file a tax return
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Exhibited a dishonest or selfish motive
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct, committed
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Knowingly and repeatedly engaged in illegal conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Noah by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Noah fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.noahfiddlerdui.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that it would not limit his future victim pool.
