Attorney Colin Astarita of Southampton, NY; cheating loser

The state of New York presented Colin Patrick Astarita with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law.

The First Department Grievance Committee found Colin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improperly made cash withdrawals from his trust account
• Misappropriated [stole] funds entrusted to him (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Colin by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Colin and his firm make no mention of his misconduct as set forth above on their self-serving website at www.cpaesquire.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Colin practices his so-called brand of law with Astarita & Associates PC at 33 Main Street in Southampton, New York.
