Attorney Haley Bayrooti of Irvine, CA; convicted felon

The state of California presented Haley Bayrooti with a law license in 20055 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Haley guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misconduct harmed significantly a client, the public, or the administration of justice
• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Pled guilty to vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, a felony
• Lied to deputy at correctional facility regarding controlled substance in her possession
• Found in possession of a controlled substance in a state prison

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license effective June 16, 2021. 

As we speak (ca. April 2022) Haley will resume his so-called practice of law at 400 Limestone in Irvine, Californialate December 2022.
