Attorney Stephen Newport of Davenport, IA; ethical troll

The state of Iowa presented Stephen W. Newport with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Drake University of Iowa School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Sexually harassed and abused two clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Stevie practices his so-called brand of law at 309 West Kimberly Road in Davenport, Iowa.
