Attorney Brad Anderson of Salt Lake City; thieving loser

The State of Utah presented Brad Richard Anderson with a law license in 2016 after he graduated from the University of Utah School of Law.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Brad guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with his client
  • Improperly communicated with persons represented by counsel
  • Held conversation with 14-year-old victim without her attorney present
  • During improper conversation, Brad requested that the victim put her thoughts on paper and send them to him so he could forward them to the judge in the matter
  • Brad also told the victim to call his office if anything else came up or if she wanted to talk again
  • Brad’s law firm terminated him due to his conduct with respect to the victim
  • After termination, the firm told Brad he was no long allowed access to any of the firm’s files or accounts
  • Despite the warning from his firm about accessing files or accounts, Brad used the firm’s online legal research access number, which was one of several numbers he used
  • Brad’s former law firm was billed his use of the online legal research service
  • Subsequently, Brad was charged with a misdemeanor crime of theft of services
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly,as one would suspect, Brad fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.bradandersonlegal.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Brad practices his brand his so-called brand of law with The Law Office of Brad R. Anderson at 43 East 400 South in Salt Lake City, Utah.
