Attorney Richard White of Lake Charles, LA; ethical troll

The state of Louisiana presented Richard Forest White with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to return client file upon request
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to terminate client representation when required to so act
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Rick!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license 

As we speak (ca. May 2022) Dick practices his so-called brand of law at 1522 20^th Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
