Attorney Garrett Ogata of Las Vegas, NV; slacker, loser   

The state of Nevada provided Garrett T. Ogata with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Garrett guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to abide by client decision concerning objectives of representation
• Failed to consult with his client as to means by representation would be pursued
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Appeared in criminal traffic proceeding and entered a plea on behalf of his client without the client’s knowledge or consent
• Assisted a non-attorney in the illegal practice of law
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

And lastly, as one would suspect, Garret fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.gtogata.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Garrett practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Garrett Ogata at 2880 West Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.
