Attorney John Way Jr. of Morehead City, NC; ethical goblin

The state of North Carolina presented John E. Way Jr. with a law license in 1981 after he graduated Campbell University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Aided in transfer of property with intent to hinder, delay, or defraud a creditor

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), JB practices his so-called brand of law in Morehead City, North Carolina.
