The state of California provided Michael Daniel Kolodzi a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

The California Bar Court found Ryan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Demonstrated indifference toward rectification of or atonement for the consequences of his misconduct
• Improperly used office trust account to pay personal expenses
• Charged and collected fees that were nonrefundable
• Failed to maintain client-specific ledgers

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Ryan by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Ryan.
