Attorney LaXavier Reddick-Hood of Atlanta, GA; slacker, loser

The state of Georgia presented LaXavier P. Reddick-Hood with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from Mercer

The Georgia State Bar found LaXavier guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay a client’s medical bills from settlement funds
• Provided misinformation to the client and the Bar regarding payment of client medical bills
• Lied to ethics investigators that she did not agree to pay her client $3,000 in exchange for the client’s agreement to drop the grievance she filed against LaXavier
• Took over one year to pay medical providers from client settlement funds
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with her client
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engage in professional conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished LaXavier by gifting her with a complimentary 3-month suspension of her law license.  

As we speak (ca. March 2022), LaXavier practices her so-called brand of law with LR Hood & Associates LLC in Atlanta, Georgia.
