Attorney David Rigdon of Tifton, GA; convicted druggie

The state of Georgia presented David Godley Rigdon with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to eight counts of violating the Georgia Controlled Substances Act
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Indicted on one count of conspiracy
• Indicted on one count of possession of a dangerous drug
• Indicated on three counts of crossing guard lines with drugs

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 36-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Davey practices his so-called brand of law at 820 Murray Avenue in Tifton, Georgia.
