Attorney Justin Weatherly of Cleveland, OH; slacker, loser

The state of Ohio unfortunately presented Sean Richard Porter with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Case Western University School of Law.

The Cleveland Metro Bar Association found Justin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Due to Justin’s negligence in failing to respond to a complaint for forfeiture of client’s $33,000 in cash that was seized by TSA agents, the client was barred from ever asserting any claim to the funds
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Ordered to refund $2500.00 to his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Justin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Justin and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.teamhmwwins.comn. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Justin practices his so-called brand of law with Henderson, Mokhtarit & Weatherly at 1231 Superior Avenue East in Cleveland, Ohio and at 713 South Front Street in Columbus, Ohio.
