Attorney John Anderson Tampa, FL; dimwitted slacker

The state of Florida presented John Douglas Anderson with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to competently handle a bond hearing
• Made a misrepresentation to the court regarding his trial experience
• Failed to provide the client a written free agreement that memorialized the intent of the parties
• Failed to deposit and hold client funds in trust
• Failed to competently handle the post-conviction appeals to which he was retained (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Court found Johnny Anderson in indirect civil contempt of court for failure to file the necessary documents

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license effective January 2022.   

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Johnny will resume his so-called practice of law with the Anderson Law Office at 4851 West Gandy Blvd in Tampa, Florida in early 2025 if not earlier.
