Attorney Brian Ramsey of Las Vegas; dimwitted slacker   

The state of Nevada presented Brian J. Ramsey with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the University of Nevada School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to communicate with his client causing client asking him to withdraw his representation of the client
• Submitted wrong form on behalf of immigration client that resulted in the rejection of the client’s petition
• Failed to understand relevant legal doctrines or procedures (moron)
• Knowingly failed to perform services for his client and thereby causing injury to the client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $2,500.00.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Brian practices his so-called brand of law at 5258 South Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.
