Attorney Joseph Wright III of Charlottesville, VA; ethical gremlin

The state of Virginia presented Joseph William Wright III with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain proper records regarding receipts and disbursements
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Joey fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.charlottesvillelegal.com.

Apparently, Joey chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
