The state of California provided Karl Wesley Kine with a law license in 1989.

It should be noted that in a lame effort at levity, Karl the Wife Beater had the chutzpah to employ outside counsel in whining about the original article posted regarding his misconduct that only included Bite No. 1 by claiming there were additional facts and/or context that would change the nature of the story dealing with his misconduct.

I’m unaware of any legitimate defense and/or valid excuse to beating one’s wife. In fact I have absolutely have no respect whatsoever for Wife Beaters.

Additionally, what valid defense is there to being convicted four (4) times for driving under the influence?

• Convicted in California of driving under the influence
• Misdemeanor convicted for spousal abuse
• Convicted of driving with blood-alcohol love of .08% with a prior

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Karl by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

 Karl’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Convicted in Idaho of driving under the influence, third conviction
• Convicted driving without privileges
• Convicted of driving while transporting an open container of alcohol
• Found to have been driving while under the influence of a narcotic analgesic
• Arrested on I-90 in Idaho by State Police close to Washington border
• Sentenced to one year which was suspended and placed on two years’ probation
• Subsequently Karl violated his criminal probation and was incarcerated by continuing to consume alcohol

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Karl by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license and ordered to pay $36,595.00 in investigative costs.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Karl practices his so-called brand of law with Kime Law & Mediation PLLC at 6686 North Descartes Drive in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
