Attorney Paul Mann, AK; thieving loser

The state of Alaska provided Paul Mann with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Alaska School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Intentionally disbursed funds knowing he was doing so prematurely
  • Use of funds was dishonest and for his selfish motive
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Criminally convicted for misapplication of property, a Class C felony
  • Paulie was sentenced to 60 days in jail
  • Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
  • Misappropriated [stole] client funds
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Engaged in bad faith obstruction of ethics investigation (Screw you, said Paulie!)
  • Exhibited indifference to making restitution to his client

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Paulie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alaska Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license and assessed costs of $1,000.00.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Kenny practices his so-called brand of law in Anchorage, Alaska.
