Attorney Erica Kallin of Nampa, ID; lying loser

The State of Idaho presented Erica Michelle Kallin with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from the University of IdahoSchool of Law.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Erica guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made false statement of fact or law to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• In ex parte proceeding, failed to inform trial judge of all material facts known to her to enable the court to make an informed decision

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Erica by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of her law license.
