Attorney Jesse Anderson of Phoenix, AZ; cheating liar

The State of Washington presented Jesse Thomas Anderson with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Jesse guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with his client
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Failed to timely file motion for temporary orders on client’s behalf
  • Failed to advise client of status of matter
  • Falsely stated to his client he had filed motion for temporary orders when he had failed to do so
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Charged his client fees for preparing a motion for temporary orders that was never filed, resulting in work that was of no benefit to the client (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Jesse by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license effective as of October 7, 2020.

As we speak (ca. May 2021) Bobby will resume his so-called his so-called brand of law in September 2022 at 1426 East Dry Creek Road in Phoenix, Washington.
