Attorney John Radziewicz of New Orleans, LA; drunken convict

The state of Louisiana presented John J. Radziewicz with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Arrested and convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Johnny and his firm fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.crescentcitylawfirm.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Johnny practices his brand of law the Crescent City Law Firm at 540 South Broad Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
