Attorney William Beary of New Orleans; convicted druggie

The state of Louisiana presented William Christopher Beary with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from George Mason University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of cocaine possession
  • Committing a criminal act reflecting adversely on the
  • lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Billy practices his brand of law with MSLTD LLC at 330 Carondelet Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
