Attorney Tara Gilder of Carencro, LA; thieving slacker

The state of Louisiana presented Richard C. Ellis with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Tara guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to return unearned fee (thief)
  • Failed to return client file upon termination
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Taraby gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Tara fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.gilderlaw.net. Apparently, she decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Tara practices her brand of law with Gilder Law at 2000 North Wilderness Trail in Carencro, Louisiana.
