Judge Greg Borchers of New South Whales; bigoted bully, repeat offender

The New South Whales Judicial Commission found Justice Maiden guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Greg’s 1^st bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree

• Made disparaging remarks regarding sentencing of a 13-year-old boy
• Greg’s comments involved boy who’s mother died in violent circumstances and father was in prison for murdering the mother
• Engaged in inappropriate judicial conduct
• Greg’s remarks were harsh and misguided

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary warning.

Greg’s 2^nd bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree

• Made racist remarks to defendants appearing before him
• Bullied attorneys who appeared in his so-called court
• Made improper comments containing negative racial stereotypes about indigenous defendants

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary warning.

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Greg continues to dispense his idea of jurisprudence as a New South Whales District Court judge in Victoria, New South Whales.
