Judge Leonardo Castro of St. Paul, MN; one of the Good Guys

The state of Minnesota presented Leisa Blount with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Northern Illinois University School of Law.

In one matter, Judge Castro presided over a case wherein attorney Susan Shogren Smith filed several lawsuits attacking the efficacy of the 2020 presidential election. Furthermore, Suzie was falsely asserting that votes cast for Joe Biden were fraudulent.

Suzie was unlucky in drawing Judge Castro to preside over her frivolous (BS) lawsuits. Her conduct led Judge Castro to impose a monetary sanction of $10,000 against her for her unethical conduct.

Kudos to Judge Leonardo Castro for exhibiting the courage to punish an attorney who had the chutzpah to pursue sham claims in his court.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Judge Castro continues to sit as the Chief Judge of Ramsey County in St. Paul, Minnesota.
