Attorney Valerie Queen of Raleigh, NC; ethical troll

The state of North Carolina presented Valerie Bennett Queen with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from the North Carolina State University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Valerie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain required office trust account
• Failed to comply with federal court order to attending (Screw you, said Valerie!)
• Failed to provide client a written accounting of the receipt and disbursement of entrusted funds
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Valerie!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Valerie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Valerie practices her brand of law at 303 Allister Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina.
