Attorney Eric F. Kayira of Clayton, MO; tax scofflaw

The state of Missouri presented Eric F. Kayira with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from St. Louis University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Board found Eric guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, the director of revenue reported to the Clerk of Court under section 484.053 of Missouri law that Eric was delinquent on a tax he owed or failed to file his tax returns.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Eric fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.kayiralaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2021 Eric practices his brand of law with Kayira Attorneys at Law at 200 South Hanley in Clayton, Missouri.
