Attorney Eric Landoll of Nevada, MO; tax scofflaw

The state of Missouri presented Eric M. Landoll with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from St. Louis University School of Law. Eric also received a license to practice in Kansas in 1995.

The Disciplinary Board found Eric guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, the director of revenue reported to the Clerk of Court under section 484.053 of Missouri law that Eric was delinquent on a tax he owed or failed to file his tax returns.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.   

As we speak (ca. September 2021), Eric practices his brand of law with Mccaffree & Landoll at 128 ½ West Walnut Street in Nevada, Missouri.
