Attorney David Kraft of Kansas City, KS; tax scofflaw

The state of Missouri presented David Andrew Kraft with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from St. Louis University School of Law. Davey also received a license to practice in Kansas in 1998 and Colorado in 1995. 

The Disciplinary Board found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, the director of revenue reported to the Clerk of Court under section 484.053 of Missouri law that Davey was delinquent on a tax he owed or failed to file his tax returns.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.   

As we speak (ca. September 2021), Davey practices his brand of law with David A. Kraft Associates LLC at 4110 Baltimore Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas.
