Attorney Louis Schneider of Las Vegas, NV; repeat offender

The state of Nevada presented Louis Schneider with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Louie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Louie’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to deposit all unearned fees into his operating account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Louie fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.louiscschneider.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.
