Attorney John Parris of Las Vegas; dimwitted slacker

The state of Nevada presented John P. Parris with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Allowed statute of limitations to pass on client’s claims
• Client suffered needless worry, frustration, and anxiety because of her inability to speak with Johnny
• Accepted personal injury client despite lacking any experience in personal injury cases
• Failed to respond to repeat client calls
• Failed to keep client advised of status of matter
• Conduct caused harm to client
• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Johnny practices his brand of law with the Law Offices of John P. Parris at 324 South 3^rd Street in Las Vegas, Nevada.
